Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision
- Ensure product quality and service standards are maintained
- Handle cash management, daily reports, and banking procedures
- Train new crew members on standard operating procedures
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Step in as acting Store Manager when required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or retail operations
- Good leadership potential and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
