Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision
  • Ensure product quality and service standards are maintained
  • Handle cash management, daily reports, and banking procedures
  • Train new crew members on standard operating procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Step in as acting Store Manager when required

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or retail operations
  • Good leadership potential and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
