Barista Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver barista training programs for new and existing staff
• Ensure consistent coffee quality across all UNO! outlets
• Create training materials, SOPs, and skill assessment criteria
• Stay updated on specialty coffee trends and brewing techniques
• Support new store openings with on-site training
• Conduct regular quality audits and provide feedback to store teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a barista with training experience
• SCA certification or equivalent specialty coffee credentials preferred
• In-depth knowledge of coffee origins, roasting, and brewing methods
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about coffee education
• Willing to travel to different store locations
