Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations and maintain the highest food quality standards
  • Develop and refine menu items while preserving authentic Khao-soi recipes
  • Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and workflow efficiency
  • Oversee ingredient sourcing and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
  • Control food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of Thai cuisine, especially Northern Thai dishes
  • Strong kitchen management and team leadership skills
  • Understanding of food cost control and inventory management
  • Food safety certification is required
  • Passionate about authentic Thai culinary traditions
