Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations and maintain the highest food quality standards
- Develop and refine menu items while preserving authentic Khao-soi recipes
- Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and workflow efficiency
- Oversee ingredient sourcing and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
- Control food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of Thai cuisine, especially Northern Thai dishes
- Strong kitchen management and team leadership skills
- Understanding of food cost control and inventory management
- Food safety certification is required
- Passionate about authentic Thai culinary traditions
