Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain team
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in retail or F&B store management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai; English is a plus
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
